WELCOME TO THE WORLD MARCH (CANADA) |
|
October 2, 2009 - January 2, 2010
The World March is over, but the "march" continues...
The World March for Peace and Nonviolence concluded on January 2, 2010, after three months of travel from New Zealand to Argentina. It was a remarkable journey, and a simultaneous flourishing of "marches" all over the globe, in every culture. Thanks to all of you for your support!
Here in Canada, we intend to continue "marching" for peace and nonviolence with the new humanist organization that initiated the World March, World without Wars and Violence (WwW). We are eager to work openly and creatively with others, to build a social movement for peace and the creation of a global, nonviolent consciousness. Because this "march" will only end when all forms of violence end.
So get in touch, plug in, and join the march! info @ worldwithoutwars.ca
